DIY Glided Harvest Grapevine Wreath
Bring the warmth and beauty of the harvest season to your home with this stunning Gilded Harvest Grapevine Wreath, designed by our floral designer Susan. Rich autumn plaid ribbon, shimmering gold accents, textured greenery, deep berry tones, and elegant golden florals come together to create a wreath that feels both rustic and sophisticated. Supplies needed:
- (1) 18" Oval Grapevine Wreath
- (3) 18.5" Champagne Velvet & Glitter Magnolia Stem
- (1) 19" Red Berry Bush
- (4) 20" Glittered Juniper Spray - Champagne
- (2) 30" Brown Glitter Leaves Stem
- (2) 27" Tan Poinsettia & Leaves Spray
- (1) 18" Cedar Bush
- (2) 16" Moss Bead Grass Bush
- (2) 27.5" Red Thistle Stem
- (2) 27.5" Brown Thistle Stem
- (1) 4" Fall Brown Plaid Jute Ribbon
- (1) 1.5" Chocolate Lush Velvet Ribbon
- (1) 2.5" Champagne Glitter Diamond Net Ribbon
- Scissors
- Wire Cutters
- Hot Glue
- Floral Wire/Chenille Stems
- Here's a look at everything that was used in this Wreath
- Susan started this Wreath by first tying the large Bow for the top of the Wreath. She tied two loops of each of the Ribbons. She used a Chenille Stem to secure the Bow and then tied it to the Grapevine.
- Once the Bow was tied and secured to the Wreath Susan started to build the foundation of Greenery and Florals on the right side of the Bow. She cute individual pieces off of each Stem and Bush using Hot Glue to secure each piece to the Wreath.
- Next Susan began to work on the left side of the Bow. She repeated the same steps. Adding pieces of florals and securing them with Hot Glue.
- Susan then added pieces of the Red Berries Bush to both sides of the Wreath.
- Susan then added one of the Champagne Magnolia Stems to the left side of the Wreath with a few additional pieces of greenery. She also added the other two Magnolia Stems to the bottom section of the Wreath across from the Bow.
- Next Susan filled in the area around the Magnolia Stems with the remaining Greenery and Florals.
