DIY Pretty in Pink Grapevine Wreath
Celebrate the beauty of the season with our Pretty in Pink Grapevine Wreath, handcrafted by our talented floral designer, Susan. This eye-catching design features layers of soft pink hydrangeas, vibrant garden roses, cheerful blooms, and lush greenery, all gathered around a natural grapevine base. Supplies needed:
- (1) 18" Oval Grapevine Wreath
- (2) 16" Hot Pink Hydrangea Bush
- (3) Hot Pink Ranunculus Stem
- (5) 17.5" Fuchsia & Green Ranunculus Stem
- (3) 24" Green Eucalyptus Leaf Spray
- (2) 33" Green Snowball Spray
- (1) 2.5" Fuchsia Floral Embossed Ribbon
- (1) 2.5" Pink Floral Embossed Ribbon
- (1) 2.5" Fuchsia Pink Linen Ribbon
- Wire Cutters
- Scissors
- Hot Glue
- Chenille Stems/Floral Wire
- Here is a look at everything that was used in this Wreath
- Susan started this Wreath by first tying the Bow for the top. She started with two loops of the light pink ribbon and then layered in two more loops of each of the hot pink ribbons. She left the tails a little long to hang down the front of the Wreath and she secured the Bow with a Chenille Stem. She then used that same Chenille Stem to attach the Bow to the top of the Wreath.
- Once the Bow was secure Susan moved onto adding the Florals to the top of the Wreath. She started with one of the long Green Snowball Sprays. She cut some of the length off of the stem and then placed it near the Bow. She used Hot Glue to secure the Stem into the Wreath. After that was placed she then alternated between the other florals as she added them to the top of the Wreath.
- She added florals to both sides of the Bow and underneath the Bow too. Creating fuller look on both sides.
- Once Susan was finished with the top she repeated the same process on the bottom of the Wreath. She worked opposite of the top section and alternated the florals as she filled it in. She used Hot Glue to secure each of the pieces before placing them into the Wreath.
