DIY Bunny Bounce Easter Teardrop

Spring is officially hopping in with our Bunny Bounce Easter Teardrop, a cheerful burst of color and charm designed by our talented floral designer, Susan. Overflowing with playful pastel ribbons, vibrant greenery, sweet bunny accents, and whimsical Easter details, this teardrop brings instant joy to any door or wall. Susan created this piece to capture the lighthearted magic of Easter—where candy colors, fresh blooms, and bunny hops come together to celebrate the season of renewal in the most delightful way.

Supplies needed:

  • Here is a  look at everything used in this Teardrop. Everything is available on our website and in stores.
  • Susan got started with this Teardrop by first running the two 2.5" Ribbons down the front of the Teardrop in a zig zag pattern. She made one loop at the top of the Teardrop and then used the branches to tie the ribbon down as she worked her way down the Teardrop.

  • Next Susan used a few pieces of each Greenery type to fill in around the top of the Teardrop. She used Hot Glue to secure each piece.

  • Then she cut apart one of the Sugar Bunny Sprays into two sections and added those to the top of the Teardrop. She also added one of the Curly Sprays to the left hand side of the top. She continued to fill in with some of the Greenery pieces as well. She added the Green Bunny front the Sugar Bunny Spray to the left hand side of the top too

  • Susan then tied a large stacked Bow for the top of the Teardrop. She started with each of the 7/8" ribbons and then added in the 2.5" ribbons on the back side of the Bow. She used a Chenille Stem to secure the Bow and then tie it to the Teardrop.

  • Next Susan added more of the Greenery and Easter Florals to the area around the Bow.

  • Then Susan tied another stacked Bow for the middle section in the Teardrop.

  • Once that Bow was placed she continued to fill in with the Greenery and Easter florals around the Bow. She used Hot Glue to secure each piece into the Teardrop.

  • Lastly Susan used the remaining Ribbon to tie one more smaller stacked Bow for the bottom of the Teardrop. She also filled in the area with the remaining Greenery and Easter Floral.

  • When finished you will have a fun and festive Teardrop to welcome Friends & Family throughout the Easter season.
