DIY Pastel Bunny Garden Grapevine Wreath

Welcome spring with our charming Pastel Bunny Garden Grapevine Wreath, a delightful Easter design created by our talented floral designer, Susan, for this week’s DIY blog. This whimsical wreath features a natural grapevine base filled with soft pastel florals, playful Easter eggs, cheerful bunny accents, and lush greenery that bring the look of a blooming spring garden right to your front door. Finished with beautiful layered pastel ribbons and bows, this wreath captures the joy and sweetness of the Easter season. Follow along on the blog as Susan shows how just a few coordinating elements can come together to create a festive, eye-catching wreath perfect for celebrating spring.

Supplies needed:

  • Here is a look at everything that was used in this Wreath
  • Susan started this Wreath by first creating the large stacked Bow for the top of the Wreath. She started with the 1.5" Ribbon first by creating two loops on each side, then she layered in the 2.5" Pink Micro Dots Ribbon and created another two loops on each side and then she layered in the 2.5" Pastel Plaid Ribbon and created a third set of loops on the Bow. She also left longer tails on the Bow when she secured it with a Chenille Stem. She used that same Chenille Stem to attach the Bow to the top of the Wreath.

  • Once the Bow was placed Susan moved on to adding the Greenery and Florals around the Bow. She alternated the Green Bead Grass, Hot Pink Mixed Wildflowers, and Purple Grass. She cut an individual section off of each Spray and used Hot Glue to secure the piece into the Grapevine.

  • Once the top of the Wreath was filled in Susan started to add the Easter Accent florals. She cut each of the Easter Egg Sprays and the Curly Sprays into separate sections; using one stem each in the top of the Wreath.

  • Next Susan tied another smaller Bow for the bottom of the Wreath using the remaining ribbon. She layered the Bow in the same way she did the top Bow. She also left the tails a little long so that they would hang down the front of the Wreath.

  • Once the second Bow was placed Susan began adding the Greenery and Florals around the Bow just as she did at the top of the Wreath. She used Hot Glue to secure each piece to the Wreath.

  • Susan then added the Easter Accents once the base layer of Florals and Greenery had been added.

  • When all of the components had been added we had a stunning Wreath to use throughout the Easter season.
