DIY Fall Mesh Wreath
DIY Fall Mesh Wreath
This week our floral designer Tim created a fun Fall Mesh Wreath that is great for welcoming friends and family throughout the Fall season. He created this wreath using just a few supplies and our Green Mesh Work Form that is on sale for just $2.88 each this week on our website! You can create this gorgeous Wreath using the steps and supplies listed below.
Supplies needed:
- (1) Green Work Form
- (1) 10" Deco Mesh - Burlap
- (4) 22" Fall Sunflower & Berry Floral Pick
- (4) 20" Glittered Juniper Spray
- (1) 15" Orange Welcome Pumpkins Wood Sign
- (1) 2.5" Moss Green Floral Embossed Ribbon
- (1) 2.5" Dark Orange & Ivory Cabana Stripes Ribbon
- Scissors
- Hot Glue
- Wire Cutters
- First things first, you will need to gather all of the necessary supplies
- Tim started this Wreath by separating all of the chenille stems on the Work Form and then adding the Mesh to the Wreath. He started on the outside ring using the chenille stems to tie down the Mesh to the form. He then moved to the next set of stems creating a poof in between the sets of stems. He did this all along the outside ring and then moved to the inner ring.
- Once all of the Burlap Mesh had been added, Tim then began to work on adding the Sunflower Sprays to the Wreath. He cut the majority of the stem off of each spray and then used the same chenille stems on the work form to secure each spray to the Wreath. He worked across the top half of the Wreath.
- Tim then added the small Welcome Pumpkins Wood Sign to the middle of the Wreath. He clipped the string on the sign and then used the two pieces to tie the sign to the Wreath Form.
- Next Tim took both ribbons and tied a small 4 loop bow to go on the bottom right hand corner of the Wreath. He left the tails longer and then wove them throughout the Wreath.
- To finish off the Wreath, Tim cut the Champagne Glittered Fern picks into multiple different sections and then hot glued them throughout the Wreath.
- When you are finished you will have a gorgeous Fall Wreath that can be used all season.
