DIY Summer Splash Teardrop

Supplies needed:
- 32" Evergreen Teardrop
- 12.5" Welcome Summer Popsicle Sign
- (2) Sword Grass Bush
- (2) 16" Dark Green Bead Grass Bush
- (2) 18" Beauty Pink Mixed Floral Filler Pick
- (2) Lavender Floral Filler Pick
- (2) 1.5" Lavender Linen Ribbon
- (2) 1.5" Daffodil Floral Embossed Ribbon
- (2) 2.5" Fuchsia Pink Linen Ribbon
- (2) 2.5" Yellow & White Plaid Spring Ribbon
- (2) 2.5" Aqua Blue Linen Ribbon
- Wire Cutters
- Scissors
- Hot Glue
- Chenille Stems or Floral Wire
- Here is a look at everything that was used in this Teardrop
- Susan started this Teardrop by first fluffing out the branches on the Teardrop and then attaching the sign about midway up the Teardrop. She used the branches on the Teardrop to attach the sign with.
- Next Susan tied the Bow for the top of the Teardrop. She started with creating a two loop Bow out of the Yellow and White Plaid Ribbon, she then layered in each additional ribbon tying two loops for each of those as well. When the Bow was complete she secured it with a Chenille Stem and then used that to tie the Bow to the Teardrop.
- Once the Bow was added Susan began to add in individual pieces of both Greenery options and the florals in and around the Bow. She used Hot Glue to secure all of the pieces.
- Next Susan took the 1.5" Purple & 1.5" Yellow Ribbon and wove them down both sides of the Teardrop. She also added several pieces of the Bead Grass down the Teardrop to help cover the Evergreen Branches.
- Susan then tied a small Bow for the bottom of the Teardrop using the Pink, Blue & Yellow Plaid Ribbons. She tied two loops of each Ribbon and then used a Chenille Stem to secure the Bow.
- Susan then used the rest of the Florals and Greenery to fill in the middle and bottom sections of the Teardrop. She used Hot Glue to secure each piece.
