Supplies needed:

  • Here is a look at the items that were used in this Teardrop
  • Susan started this Teardrop by running each of the larger Ribbons down the front of the Teardrop. She created two loops down the front with the Ribbons.

  • Susan then created a foundation at the top of the Teardrop by using a few different pieces of the different florals chosen. She used the florals that would provide the most coverage.

  • Once the foundation at the top of the Teardrop is complete, Susan moved on to tying the Large Bow for the top of the Teardrop. She started with the 7/8" Black Glitter Ribbon tying two loops and leaving longer tails. She added on each additional ribbon tying two loops and leaving those tails longer also. She secured the Bow with a Chenille Stem and used that same Chenille Stem to secure the Bow to the Teardrop.

  • Once the Bow was added, Susan continued to add more of the florals down the sides of the Teardrop. She alternated between florals and used Hot Glue on the end of each stem to secure them into the Teardrop.

  • Next Susan tied a smaller Bow to go in the middle of the Teardrop. She used the same 4 ribbons and left the tails shorter this time. She secured the Bow with another Chenille Stem and then attached it to the Teardrop.

  • After that Bow had been placed Susan continued to add Florals down both sides of the Teardrop.

  • Susan tied a smaller Bow for the bottom of the Teardrop using the remaining ribbon. She did leave these tails longer and she curled some of the ends when she was finished. She secured everything with a Chenille Stem again. Once that Bow was placed she continued to fill in the Teardrop with the remaining florals.
